Swan is the largest water birds in the world which weight
between 6 to 9 kg
and can grow up to 1.1 to 1.4
m . their neck is long and “S” shaped and while swimming
they would either hold their neck curved or straight and they often carry their
wings upraised in a hostile display. In their flight, the group of swan will
either fly in line or in a “V” shape. As they were flying, they will make a bugling,
trumpet whistling sounds. Most of this nomadic birds, they have no migration
pattern but they will response to either rainfall or drought. Yes, these swan looks very lovely whereas
during breeding seasons, both the male and female will contribute to nest
building. When they hang around together, they will touch each other heads that
make as they were doing a love symbol. But what really need to know is that,
most of the swans would not allow others into their territory including humans.
